I was finally successful!!!
I reset the earbuds. Windows 'Add Bluetooth Device' immediately identified the Anker Sport X10 earbuds and I clicked "Add". Voila! All is working as expected. Though I think it would be prudent to include my resolution within the Support pages. Pretty sure others are in the same situation. I had to intuitively deduce what to do; to allow the Anker Sport X10 to Pair with my fully updated Windows 11 Pro (64 Bit) devices.
These earbuds are pretty good, overall. Work very well with my Nokia XR20-5G cell phone!
However, neither my PC nor my laptop [which are running fully updated Windows 11 Pro (64 Bit)] Bluetooth searching does not identify them for Pairing. Frustrating.
I cannot locate a Tech Support location on this website to download the most current Windows x.64 Drivers. There is no similar link provided within this specific Anker Soundcore Sport X10 web page.
I see no reference within Windows Store as to any App associated with Soundcore.
Clearly, Anker Tech Support has some very basic technical work to do; to ensure they function as expected. Pretty irritating, as I consider this most basic oversight.
These are the most comfortable earbuds that I own. They’re my go to earbuds. I sometimes forget that I am wearing them.
They last throughout my whole 8 hour shift. Have excellent sound quality.
The earbuds are great. Really good sound, solid EQ variety with the Soundcore app, very affordable. The main issue with the buds is that they only have one tactile button each, which makes controlling playback very difficult.
My only major gripe is with customer support. If you are Canadian, don't buy Soundcore. If you happen to lose or break the charging case (which is tiny and fragile for the X10s btw) you'll be without support because the company does not sell accessories at all here, which means you'll have to drop another 100$-200$ on replacement buds instead of a cheap case. It makes more avoidable e-waste and wastes the customer's money at the same time.
I finally have found a set of quality earbuds that stay-put while being worn. I have never been able to find earbuds that would stay in place. These buds check all of the boxes for me. The fitment is secure and comfortable. Build quality seems excellent. The audio quality is excellent. Excellent value for the money. The case does not charge the buds unless it is plugged-in, but this is not really an inconvenience and definitely not a dealbreaker.
