soundcore Life Q30 FULL REVIEW
Just Doin' Life TV
The headphone has a nice sound and ease of use. But, the USB charging port is damaged (melted) after about 2 years (slightly over the warranty period). Via the Anker warranty online system, I submitted this issue and provided all the necessary information/documents that are required. The Anker support team initially suggested some troubleshooting steps which I had already completed before contacting Anker. They followed up by requesting the same information/documents that I had submitted online, and then they told me it was not possible to exchange or replace because the defective headphone expired its 18-month warranty period. 😢😒 The best Anker can offer is a 10% discount towards the purchase of a new headphone after I requested Anker to reconsider my case.
- Nice sound quality and ease of use
- Poor quality
- Poor customer services
Good quality headphones for the price. Amazing sound and ease of use. Would definitely recommend.
Well 2 months after the warranty period is over my headphones randomly developed a crack above the ear piece. Any down down it will separate and that will be it for the headphones. Anker was not willing to help.
Although I really loved these headphones the quality is not good and Anker will not stand behind their quality. For this reason, I recommend not purchasing these headphones.
The Q30 are a nice sounding headphones and the price us right. But they are brittle , to the point that Krazy glue can’t put it all back together. Don’t fall asleep with them on! 😪
I bought them almost 2 years ago, the first unit didnt work properly, customer support was really nice and fast to make the change, and after I received the right unit, Im completly in love with this headphones, amazing sound for the price, I can hear music all day during work hours with just one charge per week. long distance coverage.
10/10 for the price !
