I've owned several pairs - they don't seem to last anymore

As the title says, I've owned several pairs. I've now had troubles with every pair. The latest is the left one will not charge, no matter what i do - clean the contacts, make sure they are seated property in the charge case... you name it.

Previously, I have found the customer service willing to replace its defective products. Now, unless they fail within a short time after purchase, you're out of luck.

I'm going to find a different brand.
