The A10 sleep buds are light weight and comfortable. The two piece covers (ear wings & ear tips) provides more size customization than the Bose sleep buds.
Just using the A10's in sleep mode, you need to select the settings wisely to get the most battery life. The A10's battery life specifications are based on the volume being set to 50%. Noise masking seems more effective with volume 60-70% but this shortens nightly battery life. If the ideal sleep time is 7 to 8 hours, the battery life should be able to handle noise masking for this time. I have not used the A10's for music mode but I think that battery life for sleep mode would be even shorter.
The alarm settings could be better in my opinion. I am biased from the alarm settings available in the Bose app as well as the original sleep buds version from Kickstarter. The A10's are count intuitive with having to remember to set the alarm every day you need it.
The music mode and sleep mode seem similar in the UI and is a little confusing at first. There are lots of options depending on the mode used but to me the UI could be improved for usability.
I have noticed that the left A10 sleep but battery depletes faster than the right sleep but. Recharging the sleep buds in the case doesn't seem to replenish the left bud totally. This only seems to happen when the case is plugged in for recharging with the buds charging in the case.
There is a wide variety of sleep sounds available.
The price for the A10's is reasonable compared to Bose or Ozlo sleepbuds. The A10's are functional but could still use improvements.
